JoAnn first became interested in homeopathy
in 1991 when her eldest son had a reaction to his DPTP vaccine.
The matter was quickly resolved with the appropriate homeopathic
remedy and she was so impressed that she began her studies
with the Ottawa School of Homeopathy that same year. She continued
with the Centre de Techniques Homéopathiques in Montréal
and completed her graduate studies with the British Institute
of Homeopathy Canada. JoAnn is now working on her post-graduate
diploma with the Hahnemann Centre for Homeopathy and Heilkunst
and is a member of the National United Professional Association
of Trained Homeopaths (NUPATH) and the Academy of Naturopaths
and Naturotherapists (ANN).
In addition to providing homeopathic consultations, JoAnn
tutors both in-class and distance learning students for the
Hahnemann Centre for Homeopathy and Heilkunst. She is dedicated
to assisting those who seek to return to a state of greater
health and wholeness while respecting each client's unique
journey, thus freeing them to fulfill their life's purpose.
When not teaching or practicing homeopathy, JoAnn enjoys refining
her skills as a potter and caring for her two healthy expressive
sons.
